Kikyo-an Kikyo-an is a traditional Machiya townhouse that can be rented as a whole, located just a 7-minute walk from Nijo Train/Subway Station. It comes with a small private garden, and features Japanese style living room with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and wooden-floored bedroom with Western beds. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire property.A flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and free green tea bags are provided at Kikyo-an. The kitchenette comes with a fridge and a microwave. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and ‘Yo-jiya’ brand shampoo/conditioner is provided. Some guests sleep in Japanese futon bedding.Guests can use 2 bicycles for free during the stay. A World Heritage Site Nijo-jo Castle is a 10-minute bike ride away, and Kinkakuji Temple, renowned for its golden pagoda, is a 20-minute ride from the property.No meals are served.
