Iwatoya Ryokan A 5-minute walk to Nozawa-Onsen Ski Resort, Iwatoya Ryokan has a small hot-spring bath and offers air-conditioned Japanese rooms with a TV and shared bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner are available for an extra fee.Guests at Ryokan Iwatoya sleep on a tatami (woven-straw) floor in Japanese-style futon bedding. Slippers are provided, and toilets are shared. The simply furnished rooms include Shoji paper screens and a low table with floor cushions.A set-menu Japanese breakfast and dinner are served at the dining room, and must be ordered at least 3 days in advance.A 10-minute walk from the centre of the Nozawa Onsen hot-spring area, the ryokan is a 20-minute drive from JR Togari-Nozawa-Onsen Train Station (on the Iiyama Line). Parking is free, though an advance reservation is needed.Skiwear can be rented, there is a drying room, and lift passes are sold at the front desk. There is a curfew at 23:00, after which guests cannot enter or leave the ryokan.
